How to make
Put the yeast in the flour, add the other products, but set aside 1 egg yolk to spread. Mix well with a fork and make a soft dough. Allow to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Divide the finished dough into 6 balls. Divide each into another 4 balls. Flatten them with your palms, put a little marmalade in the middle and shape into balls again. Arrange in a baking dish, cover with a cloth to rise for another 20 minutes.
Smear them with the beaten yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 25-30 minutes.
They turn out very fluffy and tasty with the slightly sour taste of the prune marmalade. Enjoy!
