Ingredients

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • bacon - ½ cup braised (about 10 large pieces)
  • onions - ½ cup diced
  • apple cider vinegar - ½ cup
  • water - 3 tablespoons
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - ½ tsp, ground
  • mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Put the washed potatoes to boil until ready for 20-30 minutes. Then peel them and let them cool, cut if needed.

Fry the finely chopped bacon, add onions and fry for another 3 minutes. Mix the roux into the potatoes and add the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, black pepper, mustard seeds and diced parsley.

Mix well and serve the Munich potatoes in 2 bowls.
