How to make
Put the washed potatoes to boil until ready for 20-30 minutes. Then peel them and let them cool, cut if needed.
Fry the finely chopped bacon, add onions and fry for another 3 minutes. Mix the roux into the potatoes and add the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, black pepper, mustard seeds and diced parsley.
Mix well and serve the Munich potatoes in 2 bowls.
