Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • yogurt - 14 oz (400 g)
  • feta cheese - 8.8 oz (250 g)
  • yellow cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cook the potatoes and allow them to cool. Cut them into cubes and place them into a greased baking dish. Season with salt, black pepper and oregano.

Mix the yogurt, eggs and crumbled feta cheese into a bowl. Pour the egg mix on top of the potatoes making sure it covers them completely.

Slice the butter and arrange it on top.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake for 20 minutes. Add the grated yellow cheese and bake for 20 more minutes, until the cheese melts and obtains a golden brown crust.
