Cut the chicken fillets into portions. Season them with salt and black pepper and sprinkle them with the lemon juice. Refrigerate the meat for at least 1 hour.
Roll the flavored fillet in the breadcrumbs and gently flatten it with a board. Dip it in pre-beaten eggs and fry the meat in very hot oil until it forms a crispy crust.
