How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a bowl and season them with salt and black pepper and mix them with the mayonnaise.
Crush the cornflakes lightly and grind the crackers in a chopper. Spread the mixture of crackers and cornflakes. Roll each chicken bite in it and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Bake the bites in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven for about 15 minutes.
The oven-baked breaded chicken fillets are ready.
