  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp. or universal sauce
  • cornflakes - 1.75 oz (50 grams)
  • crackers - 1.75 oz (50 grams)
  • salt

How to make

Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces. Put them in a bowl and season them with salt and black pepper and mix them with the mayonnaise.

Crush the cornflakes lightly and grind the crackers in a chopper. Spread the mixture of crackers and cornflakes. Roll each chicken bite in it and arrange them on a baking sheet.
