How to make
Wash and dry the chicken legs. Season them with the spices. Beat the eggs with a pinch of black pepper. Crumble the cornflakes and mix it with the breadcrumbs.
To them, add the powdered garlic. Stir well. Roll the chicken legs in the eggs and then in the dry breading.
Arrange them in an oven dish laid out with baking paper. Sprinkle a trickle of oil and bake in a 390°F (200 °C) oven for 35 min. or until golden.
