How to make
Beat the eggs in a bowl. In another one pour the flour and breadcrumbs.
Crush the cornflakes in a food processor, but not too finely. Mix them with the almonds.
Cut the yellow cheese into pieces. Roll them only in flour first.
Dip them in the eggs and then in the cornflakes with the almonds.
Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper at a distance.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until they aquire a golden color.
Take out the breaded yellow cheese and arrange them on a plate.
Serve the oven-baked yellow cheese with cornflakes with blueberry jam.
