How to make
Cut the yellow cheese into about 1.5 cm thick slices. Place them in a deep bowl, cover them with water and put them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Take them out of the freezer. Roll them up in flour, dip them in the pre-beaten eggs and then roll them in finely chopped cornflakes.
The breaded yellow cheese is fried in highly heated fat on both sides until a crispy crust is formed.
Remove the cornflakes cheese on a napkin to drain off the excess fat and serve with a garnish of your choice.
Breaded cheese with cornflakes is always a good shout.
