Beat the eggs with a pinch of black pepper. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and crushed cornflakes. Pour the flour into another bowl.
Cut the goat cheese into pieces and put them in the freezer for ten minutes.
Take them out and roll them first in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the cornflakes.
Fry the breaded goat cheese in heated oil, until they aquire a golden color.
The breaded goat cheese with cornflakes is ready.
