How to make
Slice the zucchini in half and carve them out. In a bowl, put the egg, feta cheese, cheese (chopped very finely or grated) and the meat, cut it into very small pieces.
Blend the insides of the zucchini and put them with the rest of the mixture. Add the dill, garlic and salt if desired. You can experiment with any kind of cheese, it all depends on your taste.
Put the filled zucchini in the oven and when ready, take them out. Bake until the stuffing turns golden. Enjoy your meal!
