Cut the calamari into slices.
Mix the flour and starch in one bowl, beat the eggs in another and put the breadcrumbs in the third.
Roll the slices in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange the breaded calamari on a baking tray lined with kitchen paper and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
