How to cook
Clean the fish and cut it into pieces.
Season it with salt on all sides, without overdoing it. Leave the fish for about 20 minutes to absorb the salt.
Beat the eggs.
Dip each piece of hake in the eggs, then roll them in the dry breadcrumbs.
Arrange the fish on a tray lined with kitchen paper.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
