How to make
Peel the zucchini and cut them into circles. Add salt and let them drain from the water.
Dry each piece and dip it on both sides in the mixture.
Arrange them in a greased baking pan or baking tray, onto baking paper and make sure a small part of each one is overlapping with another.
They are drizzled with a very thin stream of oil.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 390°F (200°C) until they aquire a golden brown color.
You can serve these oven-baked spicy breaded zucchini with an yogurt sauce.
