How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into long pieces.
Season them with salt and black pepper.
Mix the breadcrumbs and crushed cornflakes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, mix the flour with the crushed thyme.
The chicken fillet is rolled in flour, dipped in the beaten eggs, then rolled in the breadcrumbs and cornflakes.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan, fry the breaded chicken fillets on both sides, until it aquires a golden color.
Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing 3.5 oz (100 g) of mayonnaise, 3.5 oz (100 g) of thick yogurt, as much salt as you like, garlic cloves and dill.
Serve them hot or cold - this breaded chicken fillet with garlic sauce is delicious either way!
