How to make
The fillet is cut into strips and the marinade is prepared.
The dill is washed, finely chopped and it can be blended.
In a bowl, mix the oil or olive oil, salt, mustard, vinegar, garlic cloves and dill. Blend the mixture into a paste and spread the chicken fillet with it.
Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to absorb the flavors of the marinade.
It's a big amount, so you can put it in a jar and leave it in the refrigerator, where it can be stored for up to 4 months.
With this mixture you can flavor meat, fish, vegetables and salads.
Heat a grill and grill the chicken fillets on both sides until they aquire a nice color, without leaving them on it for a long time, so that the meat does not dry out and stays juicy.
