  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • yoghurt - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • parsley - dried
  • dill - dried
  • garlic - powdered

How to make

Add black pepper, cumin and salt to taste to the fillets. Braise the chicken fillets in olive oil, turning the steaks over frequently.

To prepare the sauce, put the mayonnaise and yoghurt in a bowl, stir until you get a relatively thick mixture. If the yoghurt is low fat and runny, use less of it. Then, add the parsley, dill and powdered garlic. Add salt to taste.

Put one of the fried chicken fillets in a bowl and pour the sauce over it until it covers the steak. Optionally, sprinkle with savory on top.
