How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Season with salt. Crack the eggs and beat them.
Heat the oil in a suitable frying pan. Dip each fillet in flour, then in egg, then in cornflakes.
Fry until golden on both sides over low heat.
Strain onto kitchen paper. Serve the fried chicken with lemon.
