  • chicken drumsticks - 6 - 8
  • rice - 7 oz (200 g)
  • curry
  • salt

  • onions - 1/2 onion
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper

How to make

Arrange the chicken drumsticks in a tray and season them with salt and a little curry. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter and briefly fry the chopped onion in it and add the flour.

Pour the milk and stir vigorously so that there are no lumps. Put the chicken in it and if it is too thick, add a little chicken broth or water.

Add spices and let the fricassee cook completely.

Boil the rice in salted water and 1 tsp. of vinegar. Once cooked, strain and rinse with cold water.

Pour the boiled rice into a plate, place a chicken on top and pour the sauce over them.
