How to make
Gently wash the cauliflower and remove all its leaves, leaving the head whole. Blanch it for 5-6 minutes in salted boiling water with the bay leaf and allspice. Strain it.
Mix the milk, egg, lemon, butter and beat them. Add the curry powder, turmeric, black pepper, salt and blended garlic, stir again. Dip the cauliflower in the sauce and soak it very well.
Put it in a small baking dish and pour on the remaining sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) with the fan on. Keep an eye on it and pour sauce from the dish over the cauliflower from time to time.
