How to make
To make the dairy sauce, mix together the sour cream and yoghurt. Cut the peppers in 2 lengthwise. Chop the onion finely and marinate it in vinegar for about 10 min.
Cut 1/2 of each pepper finely. Fill the other pepper halves as follows: a row of onion, row of tomatoes and pour on the dairy mixture.
Put a row of chopped pepper on top, then more dairy sauce and finally, finish off with finely chopped dill. Season with salt.
