"No matter how you make your peppers, don`t forget to pour this dairy sauce over them, as it was made especially for them."

Ingredients

  • peppers - 2, red
  • onions - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 1
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • yoghurt - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • dill - for sprinkling
  • salt
  • vinegar - for marinating

How to make

To make the dairy sauce, mix together the sour cream and yoghurt. Cut the peppers in 2 lengthwise. Chop the onion finely and marinate it in vinegar for about 10 min.

Cut 1/2 of each pepper finely. Fill the other pepper halves as follows: a row of onion, row of tomatoes and pour on the dairy mixture.

Put a row of chopped pepper on top, then more dairy sauce and finally, finish off with finely chopped dill. Season with salt.
