Ingredients

  • broccoli - 28 oz (800 g)
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (160 g)
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • eggs - 3
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g), soft
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • fennel - for sprinkling

How to make

Clean and put the broccoli to boil until tender. When it is ready, drain and arrange it in a small baking dish in which you melt butter.

Prepare the dairy sauce by mixing milk eggs and feta cheese. Stir the sauce until it’s a homogeneous mixture, flavor it with spices. Pour sauce on the broccoli and put it together in highly preheated oven, having previously added pieces of cheese.

Remove the dish before it gets a tan. Serve with finely chopped dill.
