"I`m in the mood for experimenting today, so I`m gonna make my favorite Kyopolou with Dairy Sauce."

Ingredients

  • kyopolou - 2 jars of 1 1/2 cups (360 g), relish of garlic, roasted eggplants, tomatoes and peppers
  • cottage cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 a jar
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • savory - 1 pinch
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves or 2 bunches fresh
  • parsley - for decoration
  • olives - for decoration

How to make
