How to make
Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash and transfer it into a greased baking tray.
Season with black pepper, olive oil and salt.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C) and roast the cauliflower until nicely browned.
Meanwhile, prepare the mayonnaise sauce. To do this, press the garlic and mix it with the mustard, mayonnaise and black pepper to taste.
Add the chopped dill to the sauce and mix.
Drizzle the sauce over the cooled cauliflower and serve.
The roasted cauliflower with mayonnaise sauce is very tasty.
