  • broccoli - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cauliflowers - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • processed cheese - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), grated
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • salt
  • thyme
  • oregano

How to make

The broccoli and cauliflowers are washed, torn into florets and blanched in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Drain and put them in a baking dish.

In a separate container, mix the diced processed cheese, cream, cheese, minced garlic and a pinch of each spice. Pour this into a tray and add 1 teaspoon of the broth in which you blanched the vegetables. Stir everything carefully.
