  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • cooking cream - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • onions - 1/4 onion
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • white pepper - by taste

How to make

Break the cauliflower into small pieces and blanch them in boiling and slightly salted water.
