How to make
Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into florets and blanch them in salted water for 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Boil the macaroni and potatoes separately, cut the potatoes into small cubes. In heated oil, fry the chopped walnuts, add the breadcrumbs + 2 tablespoons of butter.
In the remaining butter, fry the chopped leeks. In a large tray, mix the broccoli, cauliflower, macaroni, leeks, potatoes and parsley; be sure to set aside 1 handful of cauliflower. Put it on the stove to boil with the broth and flour. Blend and season the products in the tray with the sauce.
Sprinkle everything with feta cheese, walnuts, breadcrumbs, salt and bake until it gets a nice tan.
