How to make
Cut the pork into bits. Season with the spices and pour on the wine. Leave to sit as is for a few hours.
Blanch the broccoli heads in boiling salted water for a few min. and then immediately dip them in cold water.
Heat a little oil, add the pork and wine to it. Saute until the pork is nearly cooked.
Transfer to a tray along with the broccoli. Sprinkle with spices again and pour on the cream and water.
Cover the tray with foil and put to bake about 45 min. in a moderately preheated oven.
Optionally, you can sprinkle with grated cheese at the end and return to the oven for it to melt.
