How to make
Put the torn into florets broccoli and cauliflower with the sliced carrots in a pot with cold water to boil until softened.
The water must cover the vegetables. Once softened, remove the pot from the heat and blend everything well.
Pour the pre-mixed cream into the soup, add salt, pepper and the spice mix. Stir well and return to the heat until the creamy soup comes to a boil again. Serve a bowl of soup with croutons.
