How to make
Cut the pork into pieces and boil it in salted water for about 60 minutes.
Heat the oil in a baking pan and stew the finely chopped onion in it.
Add the washed and strained rice.
Stew until the rice becomes transparent.
Sprinkle with vegetable seasoning, black pepper and salt to taste.
Arrange the pieces of meat between the rice and pour 4 cups of the broth, which we boiled the pork in.
Place the baking pan with pork and rice in a preheated oven and cook at 390°F (200°C) for about 45 minutes.
Take out the cooked pork with white rice and onions and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley.
