How to make
Prepare the livers: Wash the chicken livers well and dry them on a kitchen paper.
For the marinate: In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, finely chopped onion, paprika and black pepper. Squeeze the lemon and add its juice. Add the livers and let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Then, in a deep bowl, beat the eggs with the three tablespoons of yogurt. Add the garlic, chopped finely and salt.
Remove the livers from the marinade and let them drain for a few minutes. Then dip the freshly marinated livers one by one in the egg mixture. Place them in a pan with oil or olive oil and fry for 5-7 minutes, turning them occasionally to seal them on all sides.
Arrange the fried livers on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice. You can add fresh parsley if desired.
You can serve the fried chicken livers with a side of mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.
