How to make
Cut the red onion into fine crescents. Heat oil in a pan and stew the onions.
Prepare the chicken livers, by seasoning them with salt first. Mix the flour with the smoked paprika and roll the livers in the mixture. Fry them in a separate pan. Add sprigs of fresh thyme.
Remove the livers and strain. Remove the thyme sprigs.
Season the onion with salt. Add honey and lemon juice. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and transfer into the fat from the livers. Place them back into the pan as well and wait for them to glaze. Serve them.
