  • chicken livers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • onions - 3
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • paprika - 1 tsp

How to make

Put the chicken livers to soak in the white wine for 1 hour and then drain them.

Heat the oil and braise the finely chopped onions and garlic cloves.

Add the chicken livers to braise a bit until they change color, pour in the white wine and salt to taste.
