How to make
Slightly cook the beef steaks on both sides in a lightly greased pan.
Finely chop the onion, parsley and thyme and mix them with salt and a little fat.
Arrange the steaks in a clay pot, sprinkle them on top with onions and spices and continue to alternate the products until you run out of them.
Put a few bay leaves between the meat.
Pour all of the products with the wine and add water.
Place the clay pot in the oven for about 2 hours at 250°F (120°C).
