Ingredients

  • chicken livers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • bacon - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • mushrooms - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • liquid cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • chicken broth - 1 cup
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • honey - 1 tsp

How to make

Saute the chicken livers in the oil. Once ready, add the finely chopped bacon and chopped mushrooms. Saute everything.

Add the broth, cream, honey, broth and soya sauce. Stir and serve.
