How to make
Wash, clean and dry the chicken livers.
Cut the bacon into thin strips, the mushrooms in two (if small, leave them whole) and the liver into equal sized pieces.
Take a piece of bacon and wrap it around the liver. Do the same with all the livers. Take a skewer and start stringing them on it - liver with bacon, mushroom, liver again, etc.
Grill the skewers on a heated grill or grill pan, by turning them occasionally, until the bacon has browned and begins to shrivel.
Sprinkle the finished skewers with salt, black pepper and fresh parsley. Serve them with a seasonal salad.
The grilled chicken livers with bacon are ready.
