How to make
Wash the livers and boil them in salted water for 5 min. Then drain them from the water and add the mayonnaise to them.
Stir well. Pour them out into an oven dish.
Chop the onions into crescents and braise them in a little oil. To them, add the chopped peppers and mushrooms. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Pour the vegetable mixture over the livers. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 15-20 min.
