How to make
Clean the chicken livers, wash them well and dry them.
Wash and strain the mushrooms.
Finely chop an onion and a few cloves of garlic.
Heat the oil and butter in a wide pan and fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes.
Then add the fairy ring mushrooms and fry them as well.
Add the livers and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then add the wine and turn all the livers to fry on the other side as well.
Leave them on the stove for another 3-4 minutes.
Finally, add salt, black pepper and dry thyme.
Stir, remove from the heat and let the livers cool.
Then put them in a blender along with the milk and blend until smooth.
Pour the pate into small jars and cover them with butter fried with a little thyme.
