How to make

Wash and clean the fairy ring mushrooms well, by cutting off some of the stems because they are slightly tough.

Heat the butter in a pan and add 2 sprigs of thyme. Once it is well heated, remove the thyme and add the onion, finely chopped.

Once it softens, add the fairy ring mushrooms, stir and let them stew until soft.

Then remove the lid, add the spices and wait for the liquid to evaporate. Finally, mix the mushrooms in butter with the pressed garlic and remove them from the heat after a minute.
