How to make
Wash the mushrooms well.
Put them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.
Place it on the stove and cook until the water, which they have absorbed, evaporates.
This will take about 10 minutes.
Then add the butter, black pepper and some fresh or dried thyme.
Of course, you can add other spices, but personally I prefer them with a natural taste.
Fry the mushrooms in butter for a few minutes - stirring.
Serve the delicious and aromatic fairy ring mushrooms in butter warm as an appetizer or side dish.
