How to make
You can make the soup with or without a thickener. I prefer the first option.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a few tablespoons of fat until softened. Add the diced carrots and the cleaned fairy ring mushrooms. Stew for a short time and add a sufficient amount of water - about 3 liters, it depends on how thick you want the soup.
Pour the peeled, chopped potatoes and cook until they are completely soft. Season with all the spices and lemon juice to taste.
You can eat the mushroom soup like that or you can thicken it.
Beat the flour with the egg and temper the mixture by adding a little of the broth and stir. Then pour everything into the pot.
Serve the fairy ring mushroom soup with chopped fresh parsley or dill.
