  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g), champignons
  • butter - 4 tablespoons
  • flour - 2 tablespoons

How to make

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and sauté them in 2 tablespoons of fresh butter.

In a separate pot, fry 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of butter, pour in 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of water, salt and cook the soup with the lid closed for about half an hour.
