Ingredients

  • mushroom broth - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • field mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 1 package (4.4 oz = 125 g)
  • salt
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp.
  • rosemary - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Wash and clean the mushrooms. Cut them into pieces.

Heat the butter and add the mushrooms.

Stir with a wooden spoon, until they soften.

Sprinkle with thyme and rosemary. Season with salt.

Serve the mushrooms in butter warm.
