How to make
Mix all the ingredients for the chicken marinade to achieve a paste.
Brush the chicken steaks with it, and set aside to rest for one hour.
Slice the mushrooms. Cut the onion in half and slice lengthwise. Season with the ingredients of the mushroom marinade and transfer into a greased tray.
Arrange the steaks on top and pour in the wine marinade.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and cook for about an hour.
Garnish each steak with thin slices of cheese and allow to melt.
