How to make
The lentils are cleaned and washed very well.
Pour them into a pot, pour cold water and bring it to a boiling point.
Once it has boiled, the water in which it has boiled is poured out and new cold water is poured in.
Add 3 tbsp. of oil.
Put it back on the stove to boil under a lid on medium heat.
Pour 50 ml of oil over the dried carrots and parsnips, mix very well and leave them in the oil, until the lentils boil.
Once it has boiled, add the dried carrots and dried parsnips and stir.
Boil for 10 minutes, then add the dried leeks.
Boil for 20 minutes, then add paprika and salt.
Once the lentils are almost ready, add the savory herb.
After adding the savory, boil the lentils for 5-10 minutes, turn off the stove and leave the pot of lentil stew on the stove for 10 minutes.
Now you have a superb brown lentil stew with leeks and parsnips.
