Beat the eggs with the milk and agave syrup. Grind the oats into a fine flour in a chopper.
Add them along with the apple and white flour to the egg mixture, by stirring constantly. Pour the salt and vanilla.
A slightly thicker batter is obtained than for traditional pancakes.
Fry the American pancakes in a pan with a little oil on medium-low heat.
Serve them warm with agave syrup.
The pancakes with apple flour and agave are very tasty.
