Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • milk - 1 cup
  • flour - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • apple flour - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • oats - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • vanilla - a few drops, essence
  • agave - 1 tbsp., organic syrup
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Beat the eggs with the milk and agave syrup. Grind the oats into a fine flour in a chopper.

Add them along with the apple and white flour to the egg mixture, by stirring constantly. Pour the salt and vanilla.

A slightly thicker batter is obtained than for traditional pancakes.

Fry the American pancakes in a pan with a little oil on medium-low heat.

Serve them warm with agave syrup.
