How to make
Grate the washed zucchini on a coarse grater, sprinkle with a pinch of Himalayan salt and leave them on a plate.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with a wire whisk. Add half of the milk, pour the spelt flour and the white flour in two parts, add the rest of the milk and mix well, so that there are no lumps.
Finally, add the zucchini, finely chopped fresh dill and salt to taste.
You should get a medium thick pancake batter.
Heat a greased non-stick pan, not with butter though - it will burn.
Pour a ladleful of the batter and use a spoon to shape the pancake.
Bake on moderate heat on both sides until golden.
If desired, serve the savory pancakes with garlic sauce and fresh dill.
