How to make
Beat the eggs well and add alternately water, flour, yogurt with baking soda dissolved in it, sugar, salt and oil. Beat well until you get a smooth mixture.
Allow the pancake batter to stand for at least 30 minutes. Pour a few drops of oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the pancakes in the usual way on both sides.
Serve the finished pancakes with a sweet or salty side dish of your choice.
