How to make
Delicious and spectacular cocoa cookies!
Mix the milk, honey, butter and spices in a saucepan.
Heat the mixture without boiling.
In a large bowl, mix 1.8 oz (50 g) of flour and sugar, add the hot mixture, stir and set it aside.
In another bowl, mix 4.4 oz (125 g) of flour, cocoa, salt and soda.
Add the yolk to the liquid mixture and mix.
Add the dry ingredients in parts and form a sticky dough into a ball.
If necessary, add a little more flour.
Pour the dough onto the floured surface and roll out into a crust about 0.7-1 cm thick.
Cut out pretty cookies with cookie cutters and arrange them on a tray.
Bake the cocoa cookies in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
Cool them on a wire rack.
For the glaze, mix the egg whites, powdered sugar and lemon juice and dip the cookies into the glaze.
Cocoa cookies with white glaze are aromatic, soft and delicious.
