How to make
Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the egg and sour cream. Then add the sifted flour, walnuts, baking powder and cocoa. Mix well and a thick dough should be obtained.
Fill a piping bag with a round tip. Cover the tray with baking paper.
Pipe out the cookies at a distance from each other. Place one walnut on each one.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. Leave them to cool and decorate the cocoa cookies with melted chocolate.
The quantity depends on how big your cookies will be.
